Anti-cofilin1 / cofilin2 (Ab-88) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by immunoaffinity chromatography against an epitope-specific synthetic peptide, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen corresponds to the peptide sequence around amino acids 86–90 (A-T-Y-E-T) of human cofilin1/cofilin2, and the antibody of the rabbit IgG isotype detects endogenous levels of total cofilin1 (CFL1) and cofilin2 (CFL2) protein, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa. Validated applications include Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100) and immunofluorescence (1:100–1:200), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
