Anti-Cofilin (M1) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Cofilin and is directed to the Cofilin (M1) region. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and the protein target migrates at around 19 kDa.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Cofilin 1 — and is reported at greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of Cofilin protein and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.
