Anti-Cofilin 1 (phospho-S3) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Cofilin 1 and specifically recognises the target only when phosphorylated at Serine 3. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Cofilin 1 around the Ser3 phosphorylation site, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of COFILIN1 only under this phosphorylated state.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of ~ 19 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
