Anti-COCH Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human COCH (cochlin, also known as COCH-5B2 / COCH5B2) using a recombinant human COCH protein as the immunogen, and it has been affinity-purified against that immunogen to ensure selective recognition of the endogenous target. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a PBS buffer (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺/Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated, allowing researchers to couple it to their preferred label, and is validated for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Western blot (WB) applications on human and mouse samples. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
