Anti-COCH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody to COCH is available from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:50–1:100 for each. The antibody has been raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–260 of human COCH (NP_001128530.1) and is affinity-purified.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the concentration is reported as lot-specific. Catalogue information lists reactivity with human and mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
