Anti-COASY Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets COASY, the bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes the final two steps of coenzyme A biosynthesis and is required for CoA production in mammalian cells. Provided by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent, it is validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous human and mouse COASY protein in lysates prepared from cultured cells or tissue. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, allowing convenient storage and protection from freeze-thaw damage when small working aliquots are kept for routine use.
