Anti-CNTN2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognises CNTN2, also known as TAG1/TAX1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 785-1012 of human Contactin 2 (NP_005067.1). The antibody has a molecular weight of 130 kDa and is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
