Anti-CNP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CNPase (also referred to as CNP) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150–421 of human CNPase (NP_149124.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:2,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
