Anti-CNNM3 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes CNNM3 (Cyclin and CBS Domain Divalent Metal Cation Transport Mediator 3), a transmembrane magnesium transporter linked to cellular Mg2+ homeostasis and divalent cation handling across epithelial membranes. The protein, also referred to as ACDP3 within the ancient conserved domain protein family, has been characterized in renal and intestinal tissues and is reported to interact with PRL-family phosphatases that modulate its transport activity.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples, the antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal sera and can be applied to detect endogenous CNNM3 in cell lysates or to localize the transporter in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
