Anti-CNNM2 Antibody

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen: a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CNNM2. It specifically detects endogenous levels of total CNNM2 protein. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the reagent is formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
