Anti-CNN1 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody targets Calponin-1 (CNN1), an actin-binding protein predominantly expressed in differentiated smooth muscle cells and widely used as a smooth-muscle marker in research. Clone SI67-01 is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated, Protein A affinity-purified reagent in a 50 µL liquid volume consisting of 1×TBS (pH 7.4), 1% BSA, and 40% glycerol with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (1:1000–1:2000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200), giving it flexibility across blotting, tissue-section, and cultured-cell detection workflows. It demonstrates cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, and Pig samples, an immunogen generated from recombinant Calponin protein, and should be stored at –20 °C for long-term stability, with aliquoting recommended to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
