Anti-CNN1 Antibody

Offered under the Antibodies.com brand, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Calponin 1 (CNN1), a 33 kDa thin filament-associated protein implicated in the regulation and modulation of smooth muscle contraction. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
