Anti-CMTM6 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CMTM6 (CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing protein 6). It was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human CMTM6 as the immunogen and selectively detects endogenous levels of the endogenous CMTM6 protein in validated assays. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent is unconjugated and intended for research use only. The host species is rabbit and the preparation is polyclonal in nature. Confirmed applications include Western Blot (WB) and ELISA, with reactivity demonstrated against human samples.
