Anti-CMTM3 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the N-terminal region of human CMTM3 (also known as CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing protein 3 or CKLFSF3) and is intended for ELISA and Western blot work. The antiserum is provided as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a total protein concentration of 1 mg/mL, and the immunoglobulin fraction is unconjugated, leaving the researcher free to choose their own labelling strategy. Reactivity has been confirmed on human and monkey (e.g. COS7) samples, and the reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and held at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Each vial contains 50 µL of the affinity-purified polyclonal antibody, enough for typical blotting and immunoassay titrations.
