Rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against CMTM3 (CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing 3), recommended for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. CMTM3 is a transmembrane protein of the chemokine-like factor family that has been studied in the context of immune regulation and tumor biology, with reported roles in hepatocellular carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and glioma, where it is investigated as a component of the tumor immune microenvironment.

Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody, the reagent cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat CMTM3, making it broadly useful across standard cell-line and tissue-based workflows. The polyclonal IgG isotype raised in rabbit pairs with anti-rabbit HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents, supporting HRP substrate-based western blot detection on PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes as well as DAB or fluorescence-based immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

For best results, briefly centrifuge the vial before opening, aliquot to working volumes to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and store refrigerated for short-term use or frozen for longer-term stability. Researchers studying immune checkpoint biology, tumor microenvironment markers, or transmembrane chemokine-like factors will find this reagent applicable to both molecular and histological assays.
