Anti-CMTM1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CMTM1 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, supporting cross-species detection of endogenous CMTM1 protein. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human CMTM1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the CMTM1 target protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The corresponding target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 18 kDa.
