Anti-CMPK1 Antibody

Manufactured and quality-controlled by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human CMPK1 immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total CMPK1 protein. Supplied unconjugated in a 50 µL volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been verified to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of UMP/CMP kinase (also known by the synonyms CK, CMK, CMPK, dCMP kinase, Deoxycytidylate kinase, UCK, UMK, UMP-CMP kinase, UMP/CMP kinase, UMPK and Uridine monophosphate/cytidine monophosphate kinase).
