Anti-CMKLR1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CMKLR1 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blotting (WB). It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is provided in an unconjugated format.

The reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human CMKLR1, and it detects endogenous levels of total CMKLR1 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The isotype is IgG and the concentration is 1.0 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
