Anti-Clusterin-α (E436) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human Clusterin-α. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product detects endogenous levels of Clusterin-α protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 52,70 kDa.
