Anti-CLUH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting CLUH, raised in Rabbit and supplied as an IgG reagent in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1120-1309 of human CLUH (NP_056044.3), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 180 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions from the manufacturer are WB: 1:1,000-1:4,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Six scientific validation images are available.
