Anti-CLTB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets clathrin light chain (CLTB) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit and the isotype is IgG.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–211 of human CLTB (NP_001825.1). The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 30 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF; concentration is lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
