Anti-CLTA Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against CLTA (Clathrin light chain). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–218 of human CLTA (NP_001824.1), and the target protein migrates at 33 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at –20 °C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:200–1:2,000.
