Anti-CLPTM1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CLPTM1, a protein described in third-party protein databases as a regulator of GABA type A receptor forward trafficking and localised to the endoplasmic reticulum. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use, the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, according to the manufacturer's datasheet.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human CLPTM1 (NP_001285.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.
