Anti-CLPS Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against colipase (CLPS), the pancreatic cofactor that anchors lipase to lipid–bile salt micelles in the duodenum. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. Affinity purification yields a polyclonal preparation suitable for detection of endogenous CLPS expression in pancreatic tissue, with isotype IgG, host Rabbit, and reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse. Shipped cold and intended for research use, the antibody should be stored at –20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze/thaw cycles; the 0.1% sodium azide acts as a microbial preservative for the working solution.
