Anti-ClpP Antibody

ClpP, the catalytic core of the mitochondrial ClpXP protease complex, sits at the center of mitochondrial protein quality control in mammals. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent was raised in rabbit against human ClpP and is supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of ready-to-use antiserum. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human tissue sections and cell lysates, supporting studies of mitochondrial proteostasis, metabolic stress, and the role of ClpP in cancer and neurodegeneration.
