Anti-CLPP Antibody

A polyclonal antibody to CLPP from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 57-277 of human CLPP (NP_006003.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is lot specific. The recommended dilution range for western blotting is 1:100-1:500. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
