Anti-Clostridia Glutamate Dehydrogenase (GDH) Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this Mouse monoclonal antibody is raised against Clostridia Glutamate Dehydrogenase (GDH) and is supplied as a purified monoclonal preparation in 1 mg format, unconjugated and intended for ELISA-based detection. The antibody is generated in mouse and is of the IgG1 isotype, with reactivity directed against glutamate dehydrogenase of Clostridia species, including recombinant GDH and native GDH recovered from C. difficile cultures. Matched-pair ELISA formats are supported, with the corresponding capture clone available as a related reagent. The product is shipped as a purified monoclonal antibody with sodium azide preservative in 10 mM phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.0; short-term storage is recommended at 2–8 °C and long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Working concentration and dilution must be determined empirically by the end user. Purity has been reported above 95% by SDS-PAGE.
