Anti-CLOCK Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CLOCK (also referred to as KAT13D/CLOCK) and is supplied as a liquid with a lot-specific concentration. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and purified by affinity chromatography. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450–600 of human CLOCK (NP_004889.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are provided.
