Anti-CLN6 (N258) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CLN6 (N258) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of CLN6 protein.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 229-274 of human CLN6 as the immunogen. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa, and two scientific validation images are available.
