Anti-CLN1 (I65) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CLN1 (I65), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human CLN1, and CLN1 (I65) pAb detects endogenous levels of CLN1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
