Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent targeting CLK2 (CDC like kinase 2). The unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
CLK2 is an intracellular enzyme that exhibits low tissue specificity and localises to the nucleoplasm and nuclear bodies. The corresponding gene maps to chromosome 1, with a conserved orthologue identified in mouse (Clk2).
