Anti-CLK1 (R126) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of human CLK1. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa.

CLK1 (R126) pAb detects endogenous levels of CLK1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
