Anti-CLK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets CLK1 (CDC-like kinase 1, also known as Dual specificity protein kinase CLK1) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human CLK1, and it recognizes endogenous levels of total CLK1 protein. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human and mouse samples, making it suitable for studies of pre-mRNA splicing regulation and dual-specificity kinase signalling in mammalian cells. The host species is rabbit (IgG) with polyclonal clonality, and the preparation is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
