Anti-CLK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the dual-specificity kinase CLK1 and is intended for laboratory research use only. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human CLK1, enabling it to detect endogenous levels of the CLK1 protein. Recommended applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and validated reactivity has been confirmed in human and mouse samples. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Storage and retail-ready vials are stable for continuous use when handled under these conditions.
