Anti-CLK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CLK1, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for reactivity against human and mouse samples.

Manufacturer documentation indicates the antibody is suited to Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, and is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The formulation is rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from an internal region of human CLK1, and detects endogenous levels of total CLK1 protein.

Storage guidance states the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
