Anti-CLIP1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal raised against CLIP1 (also known as CLIP170). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1228–1427 of human CLIP1 (accession NP_002947.1), and the antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. Validated for Western blot and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000 for WB.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 162 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
