Anti-CLIC4 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody directed against CLIC4 is available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised in Rabbit, is of IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–253 of human CLIC4 (NP_039234.1). The antibody is affinity purified, supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. CLIC4 has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Five scientific validation images accompany the antibody; the cited validation data describe WB of various cell lines (1:500 dilution, 25 µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST blocking, ECL Basic Kit detection, 180 s exposure) alongside IHC of paraffin-embedded human esophageal cancer, mouse kidney and rat kidney sections at 1:50 (40x lens) with high-pressure antigen retrieval in 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0.
