Anti-CLIC1 Antibody

Affinity purified and supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets CLIC1 and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 42-241 of human CLIC1. Reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA, with two scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and an ELISA starting concentration of 1 µg/ml, with concentration specified per lot. The predicted molecular weight is 27 kDa.

The liquid antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
