Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CLIC1. The reagent was raised against recombinant full length human CLIC1 and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples.
Supplied unconjugated, the antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 27 kDa.
The polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of CLIC1 protein in human samples.
