Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CLEC5A and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Concentration is lot specific and the product is supplied as a liquid.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29-188 of human CLEC5A (NP_037384.1). The antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The target has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:1,000. One scientific validation image is included.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
