Anti-CLEC4D Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com under catalog number A37321, is raised against CLEC4D and produced in rabbit host using a recombinant human CLEC4D immunogen that was affinity-purified prior to formulation. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no added Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of this C-type lectin family member. As a polyclonal IgG reagent, the antibody is intended to detect the endogenous total CLEC4D protein, and storage recommendations call for shipping at 4 °C followed by aliquoting and long-term storage at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
