CLEC4D (C-type lectin domain family 4 member D), also called Dectin-3 and CLECSF8, is a pattern recognition receptor expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages that helps innate immune cells detect fungal β-glucans and, in heterodimer with CLEC4E (Mincle), mycobacterial trehalose dimycolate.
