Anti-CLEC4A Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab197339)

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against CLEC4A (also known as CLECSF6) and is supplied in unconjugated, liquid form following affinity purification. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, and a representative Western blot was performed at a 1:3,000 dilution using 25 µg of lysate per lane with ECL-based detection and a 90 second exposure. Reactivity has been confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human CLEC4A (UniProt Q9UMR7), and the target has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
