Anti-CLEC2D Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CLEC2D, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated format. Two variants are offered: one validated for Western blot (WB) with reactivity against human and mouse samples, and another validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) with reactivity against human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total CLEC2D protein.

The WB-validated reagent is an IgG antibody raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 60-154 of human CLEC2D (NP_037401.1), with the recognised target reported at a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The IHC-validated reagent is also a rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated antibody purified by antigen affinity chromatography and supplied at a concentration of 3.1 mg/mL, raised against a fusion protein derived from internal residues of human C-type lectin domain family 2, member D.

Both reagents are supplied as liquids. The WB variant is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, while the IHC variant is supplied in PBS (pH 7.3) with 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Both are shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery for storage at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
