Anti-CLEC12A Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CLEC12A, supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 66-265 of human CLEC12A (NP_612210.4), and the reagent is affinity purified with a molecular weight of 24 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500 - 1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
