The antiserum is produced against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Plasma Kallikrein HC and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
