Anti-Cleaved-Notch 2 (D1733) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide from the internal region of human Notch 2 and selectively detects the endogenous fragment of activated Notch 2 that is generated by cleavage adjacent to Asp1733. The unconjugated IgG antibody is provided as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography.
