Anti-Cleaved-Notch 1 (V1754) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cleaved-Notch 1 (V1754) and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1700-1800 of human Notch 1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Notch1 intracellular domain (NICD); the antibody does not recognize full-length Notch1. The expected molecular weight of the detected band is approximately 110 kDa. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples.
