Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against Cleaved-MMP-15 (Y132) and provided as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human MMP-15. The antibody detects endogenous levels of the Cleaved-MMP-15 (60 kDa) protein and shows bands at approximately 61 kDa and 80 kDa. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, it has a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
