Anti-Cleaved-MMP-15 (Y132) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes the Y132 epitope of matrix metalloproteinase-15 (MMP-15, also called MT2-MMP), a cleavage-associated fragment of the membrane-anchored zymogen. Supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot detection of cleaved MMP-15 in lysates prepared from human, mouse, and rat cells and tissues.
